Trail Pancakes - Beer Style?

If you read my blog much you know I like to go backpacking. One thing we haven't done yet, but have contemplated, is cooking pancakes on the trail. Well, I was looking up some methods on cooking pancakes on the trail and came across this video about how to cook pancakes with beer.

Wow! I'm going to have to try that one some time. Maybe at the house first, I don't know that I want to spoil a group breakfast in the back country on an experiment.
