Running coax on a pickup truck (03 silverado)

I decided to rearrange my antennas on the truck after I did my mag mount repair. I had both a dual bander and a CB antenna on the roof before. I put another CB antenna in my 3/8x24 stud on the back right of the bed and left the dual bander on the roof - this time in the center. The cables used to run down the rear door jams (behind the weather stripping). However, that caused issues with closing the doors - the weather stripping always got caught in the door.

So... I ran my coax from my dual bander to the back of the cab, down the side of the window, and in through the back of the cab where I have a hole for running cables out to the bed and rear of the truck (under the left rear seat). This way the cable is out of sight from the inside, and it doesn't look as bad.

Here is what I did:

I used two medium size zip ties and put them on the cable. I didn't tighten them down too tight, just enough to make them snug on the cable and still movable. Then I jammed the lock part of the cable in the crack between the window and the body. The zip tie was hard to get in place. The one on top is gripped by the rubber weather strip and the window and the one on the bottom is jammed between the window and the metal. It is kinda hard to see in the picture. If they ever pop out I can readjust the zip ties and put them right back in place.
